Senior Unity Developer
The project:
Mobile free-2-play game Matchland: Build your Theme Park.

Platforms: iOS, Android.
What you will be doing:
— Development of complex game functionalities and systems: ranging from clarifying requirements and decomposition to workable functionality that is completely ready for configuration and testing.

— Writing project documentation if necessary.

— Support and code improvement if necessary.

— Integration of external libraries and plugins.

— Optimization of speed and memory consumption.

— Good tasks' estmation.

— Bug fixing

— Mentoring programmers, advising other departments on related issues.
Must-have hard skills:
— 2+ years of experience with Unity 3D in the gaming industry. 4+ years of general experience of programming games

— Excellent knowledge of key technologies: C#, OOP, DI, MVC, shaders (CG / HLSL)

— Good code optimization skill, understanding of the influence of internal processes on speed and memory consumption

— Confident architecture design skill with sufficient flexibility and without overcomplication

— Ability to develop high-quality code with minimal efforts and minimal errors

— Experience with version control systems (Git)

— Experience in developing games for iOS / Android

— Knowledge of English at the level of writing technical documentation
Must-have soft-skills:
— Responsibility, independence, ability to work in a team with minimal support from Lead Unity Developer

— Sociability, ability to give answers to colleagues' questions, give recommendations to Junior / Middle Unity Developers, argue their decisions
